How many RSS (Retirement Service Settlements) for previously retired London Fire Brigade (LFB) members have been issued (excluding those that were rectified as they retired) up until 31st October 2025? 2. a. How many RSS remain unissued for retired members of the London Fire Brigade as of 31st October 2025? b. If there are still a number unissued RSS what are the reasons/challenges for this and what is being done to rectify and expedite? 3. a. How many of the issued RSS have been sent back by previously retired London Fire Brigade (LFB) members as agreed and wishing to be paid as of 31st October 2025? b. How many of the agreed RSS sent back by previously retired London Fire Brigade (LFB) members have been paid out (monies received by members) as of 31st October 2025? c. If there are still a number that have not been paid out (monies received by members) as of 31st October 2025 what are the reasons/challenges for this and what is being done to rectify and expedite? 4. a. How many of the issued RSS have been sent back by previously retired London Fire Brigade (LFB) members as requiring different calculations to be made (i.e. members now wishing to take no lump sum) as of 31st October 2025? b. How many extra new staff has the LPPA taken on to deal with the backlog and ever increasing delays since: a. 31st March 2025? b. 31st October 2025? 6. How are previously retired London Fire Brigade (LFB) members directly represented on the local Pension board for London Fire Brigade? 7.
