1. Fire Risk Assessment Records Please confirm whether the London Fire Brigade holds any written Fire Risk Assessment, Audit, or Inspection Report specifically relating to the smoking shelter, shisha bar, or rear garden area of 232–234 Kingsbury Road for any period between 1 January 2015 and 22 June 2020. If such a record exists, please provide: • The date of the assessment or inspection; • The responsible person or business name recorded; and • Details of any deficiencies, enforcement, or prohibition notices identified under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. 2. Absence of Records If no Fire Risk Assessment or audit exists for the above period, please confirm this explicitly in writing so I may rely upon it under: • The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005; • The Tobacco Products (Manufacture, Presentation and Sale) (Safety) Regulations 2002 (as Amended); and • The Consumer Protection Act 1987. 3. Confirmation of FOIA Compliance Please confirm the current FOIA reference number and the date by which a full response will be provided, as per Section 10 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
