This is a formal request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. This request is made further to correspondence with Fire Safety Deputy Team Leader who conducted a Fire Safety Inspection on Friday, 7th November 2025. As per his guidance, we are citing his name to ensure this request is forwarded to him for efficient processing. We request the disclosure of the following information pertaining to the inspection of the premises at 519 Finchley Road, London NW3 7BB, including but not limited to the commercial unit known as 'Atlanta Supermarket' 1. The full and unredacted Fire Safety Inspection Form/Report and the final 'outcome generated' that is currently in your vetting process. 2. Any and all contemporaneous notes, aide-mémoires, or memoranda created by the inspecting officer(s) during or after the inspection. 3. All photographic and/or video evidence taken during the course of the inspection. 4. Any internal correspondence, emails, or minutes of meetings related to the findings of the inspection, the 'vetting process' mentioned in your correspondence, and the final determination of action to be taken. 5. Copies of any formal or informal notices, letters of concern, or enforcement action letters issued to the 'Responsible Person' (including Regaland Limited and its associates) as a result of this inspection. We request this information be provided in a digital format (e.g., PDF) to the email address of the requester.
