I am requesting detailed historical data regarding the total number of fire appliances available at any given time, as referenced in the London Fire Brigade Mobilisation Records available on the London Data Store (https://data.london.gov.uk/dataset/london-fire-brigade-mobilisation-records). Specifically, I seek a timeline showing the number of appliances available for mobilisation, updated with each change in appliance numbers. I am not requesting information relating to when appliances are off the run, just about the total number of appliances that could be recorded on the referenced data. I would like to calcualte a utilisation rate of appliances. E.g. number in use divided by the total number available. Below is an example of how I would like the data to be presented: Date&Time of Change Total Number of Appliances 10/01/2010 00:01 100 10/05/2011 01:01 120 10/02/2015 01:01 90 Please provide this data in a structured digital format, preferably as a CSV, to facilitate analysis. Please provide the datetime in the format of dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm. If there are any changes in how data was recorded or any anomalies in the data recording process during the specified periods, please include this contextual information as well.
