I am trying to find the most up to date list of postcodes covered by the Metropolitan Fire Brigade act, whereby insurance companies must submit the value of all exposure falling within the boundaries of Greater London (excluding outer boroughs) in order to calculate IPT (Insurance Premium Tax) owed. Not sure if there is a defined and / or regularly updated list of postcodes, or a different means of establishing the boundaries? And if so where to obtain?

I have attached the latest available postcode list covered by Metropolitan Fire Brigade act in the 'Documents' section below as PDF file 'Inner London Postcodes Jan 10 - July 25'. This includes new and current postcodes covered by the act. I have removed postcodes that have been retired.
