LFB Fire Safety Regulatory (FSR) team have confirmed no fire safety audit took place at Herringbone Apartments, SW18 on 28 June 2025 so no fire safety audit report is held from that date.
I understand a Home Fire Safety Visit (HFSV) may have taken place at one of the apartments in your building on 28 June 2025. Home Fire Safety Visit (HFSVs) are intended to provide residents with personalised advice about fire safety in the home. We record very little information about HFSVs and no reports are produced following a HFSV. Any information obtained during a HFSV is recorded on the LFB HFSV database and is considered the personal data of the resident. The LFB do not produce HFSV reports but residents are able to access the information recorded on the database about them by making a Subject Access Request. The request would then be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018.
