please send me report on cause of fire, as well as the report on the state of fire safety in the building - specifically there are no smoke/ fire detectors in communal spaces - hallways and stairwells - which meant a fire was burning in the building and no one else in the building was aware. It was only from the smell of smoke where I realised I had to escape. Secondly, there are no floorpans in the block to allow emergency services to see how to navigate the burning building - this resulted in a lot of time lost in working out how to access flat. thirdly no safety lights - meaning when the corridor filled with black smoke - it wasn't possible to see.
