Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to know how many (numerical number) 999 calls were received by the London Fire Brigade regarding the incident involving a car and three young boys on Shepiston Lane, Hayes, on the evening of January 26, 2018, between 8:00 PM and 9:30 PM. Additionally, please provide the time of the initial call, the arrival time of the first fire engine at the scene, the time they departed, and the total number of fire engines that responded.   9. I’m writing to request data under the Freedom of Information Act regarding the enforcement of emergency lighting regulations across UK organisations for the last 3 years between the period of April 2022 to March 2025? Specifically, I would like to request the following information:

    1. The number of public sector organisations and private businesses found to be in violation of emergency lighting requirements, under the Building Regulations and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Please provide details of the nature of the violations.

    2.   10. 1. Which TFL stations have/had exchange book clubs? 2. Where the stations involved required to submit individual Fire Safety Plans if they wished the exchange book club to be reinstated? 3. Which stations have submitted Fire Safety Plans? Please provide copies 4. Which stations have said they will/won’t be submitting Fire Safety Plans 5. What final assessments have been carried out by LFB to establish whether a particular exchange book club poses fire safety issues. Please provide copies 6. Which stations are you satisfied with regarding fire safety so that the book exchange may continue? 7. Regarding Acton Town station why are Metros allowed on either side of the entrance gates but not books for exchange 8. Is it accepted that books are less of a fire hazard than newspapers like the Metro?
