Case reference FOI2026/01172
Received 18 September 2026
Published 5 October 2026
Request
I request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The premises concerned are recorded as "Studio U2-01". On 9 November 2021 the Royal Borough of Greenwich made Street Naming and Numbering Order 21/00081/NUM under Part II of the London Building Acts (Amendment) Act 1939. The Order created 35 studio addresses (Studios U2-01 to U2-04 and U2-101 to U2-131) within the building known as Unit 2. Please provide: 1. Any record that the London Fire Brigade was consulted by the Royal Borough of Greenwich on that Order, including the consultation request and the Brigade's response. 2. If no such consultation took place, please confirm that in writing. 3. The address record or records the Brigade currently holds for this location, and the source from which that address data is obtained. 4. Confirmation of whether the Brigade's systems hold "Units 2B & 2D", "Unit 2B" or "Unit 2D" as an address or alias at this location. 5. Confirmation of whether the Brigade holds, or has previously held, a record for "Studio U2-101, Unit 2" (UPRN 10010271187) at this location. I understand that record was historicised by the Royal Borough of Greenwich on 29 September 2023. If the Brigade was notified of that change, please provide the notification. 6. Confirmation of whether the Brigade's address records for this location distinguish between the ground floor and the first floor.
