As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure our contract management records remain accurate and up to date, we would be grateful if you could provide details of what you have in place for your current cleaning arrangements, where available.

Response

Cleaning for the London Fire Brigade (LFB) is delivered through two separate contracts, as recorded in the London Data Store’s LFB Contracts Register:

• PFI stations – Provided by Blue3 (Contract Ref: 5550). Cleaning is included within the main contract.

• Non-PFI stations – Provided by Mitie Facilities Management (Contract Ref: 7371).
