BOW BUSINESS CENTRE BOW HOUSE, 157 BOW ROAD, LONDON, E3 2SE Following a fire which occurred on 25 August 2023, please provide:
- any fire safety issues identified;
- details of any enforcement action, recommendations, notices or prosecutions arising from the investigation.
Response
Our Fire Safety Regulatory department have let me know that they conducted a post-fire Fire Safety Audit at Bow Business Centre, EE3 2SE on 04 September 2023. The result of the audit confirmed no significant failures to comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (RRO) were found and, as a result, the premises was deemed broadly compliant. This means that no enforcement action (informal or formal) was required and no notices were issued.
I have attached a copy of the Fire Safety Audit form as PDF file "202309190904380891 (redacted)" in the 'Documents' section below. Please note, personal data has been redacted from the attached fire safety audit reports under section 40 of the FOI act – personal information.
