Dear London Fire Brigade FOI Team, I am submitting a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would like to request the following information relating to the St Mungo’s hostel located at: St Mungo’s Arlington Close Hither Green London SE13 6JQ (If LFB records also link to Ennersdale Road as the adjacent identifier, please include that address code as well.) Information Requested 1. Number of Fire Brigade Callouts For the period 1 January 2019 to the present, please provide the total number of LFB callouts to the above address, broken down by: Year Month 2. Type of Incidents For the same period, please provide a breakdown of incident categories, including (but not limited to): Fire alarm activations (false alarms / system faults) Accidental fires Deliberate fires Medical emergencies responded to by LFB Hazardous materials incidents Persons shut in lift Special services (e.g., gaining entry, assisting police or ambulance) Any fire involving resident smoking or drug-related ignition (if coded) (If possible within cost limits, please provide the coded LFB incident category per callout.) 3. Call Outcomes For each incident category above, please provide the number of callouts that: Resulted in action taken (e.g., extinguished fire, forced entry, assisting another service) Were false alarms (e.g., system fault, malicious activation, accidental activation) (We do NOT require narrative reports—data summaries only.) 4. Linked Multi-Agency Attendance If within cost limits, please confirm how many LFB callouts to this address involved: Joint attendance with the Metropolitan Police Joint attendance with the London Ambulance Service (A simple YES/NO per incident or a total count is fine.) --- Format Please provide the data in Excel or CSV format. --- Notes to Help the FOI Team To keep the request within cost and time limits: No need for exact timestamps, names, case notes, or detailed narratives. Year/month totals and incident codes are sufficient.
