Case reference FOI2026/00227

Request

I refer to the recent response to my FOI request, ref FOI2026/00114 relating to the contract for Uniform and personal protective equipment excluding structural firefighting PPE. I believe the response provided by LFB, published 26th February 2026, relates to a different contract. The contract which I have received a response to relates to Contract No. 5885 - Provision of PPE, which is incorrect. I apologise if this was an error on my part. The contracts I wish to request information for relate to two other contracts, as detailed on the LFB List of Contracts document; Contract No 5479 - White Shirts and T Shirts, and Contract No. 5414 - Station Based Workwear. Please could I repeat the previous request, as per the below for contracts 5414 and 5479: 1. What are the contractual performance KPI's for these contracts? 2. Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages 3. Actual spend on these contracts/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date. I am unable to locate this information through the London Datastore. 4. Start date & duration of framework/contracts? 5. Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when these contracts were last advertised? 6. Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension? Could a copy of the extension clause be provided please. 7. Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed? 8. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?
