As the Managing Agent (Urang) is currently refusing to share the details of the LFB's instruction or notice with the residents, we are left in the dark regarding the safety of our homes and the specific remediation required. If you are unable to provide this to me informally, please treat this email as a formal request for information under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR) and/or the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please provide copies of: 1. Any Enforcement Notice, Prohibition Notice, or Notification of Fire Safety Deficiencies issued to SSLL Property Ltd or Urang Property Management regarding 321 Evelyn Street since 1 January 2026. 2. Any correspondence outlining required remedial actions or the requirement for a Waking Watch. Given the immediate life-safety context of this request, we would be grateful if this could be expedited so the Residents' Association can ensure full compliance.
