1. A list of all fire incidents, emergency call-outs, or operational responses recorded at 57 Main Avenue, Enfield, EN1 1DS for the past 30 years, or as far back as your records allow. For each incident, please provide: • Date and time • Incident type • Units attending • Summary of actions taken • Entry/access points used (front/rear/alleyway) • Any operational notes referring to the rear passageway • Any comments relating to escape routes or obstructions

2. All incident reports for any fires, call-outs, or emergency responses at the above address, including: • Incident logs • Actions taken • Access points used (front, rear, alleyway) • Notes on escape routes • Any hazards identified • Cause of fire • Any reference to the rear passageway or rear access • Any fire investigation reports relating to incidents at the property. • Any operational debrief or incident closure summaries, if available.
