Case reference FOI2026/00190

Request
Dear Sir/Madam, I am a resident of the Bessemer Place residential development in Greenwich, SE10, comprising Nos. 15 and 17 Bessemer Place. The building operates as a single complex served by one communal fire alarm system, with entrances on John Harrison Way and Barge Walk. I would be grateful if you could provide information held by the London Fire Brigade relating to this premises for the period 2015 to present. In particular, please could you confirm: • The number of incidents attended at this development. • The classification of those incidents (e.g. false alarm, automatic fire alarm activation, fire, etc.). • Any records indicating this site has generated repeated Unwanted Fire Signals. As postcode data does not always appear to identify the development accurately within the public dataset, I would be grateful if the search could be undertaken using the premises/location description where possible. This request is made under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004. Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to your response.
