Request: Under FOIA 2000 please provide any recorded information held by the London Fire Brigade relating to residential buildings at Leabank View and Lemsford Close, N15, including: Any inspections, audits or reviews of external wall systems or cladding Any fire-risk concerns raised post-June 2017 Any correspondence with Haringey Council concerning façade materials or fire spread risk Any enforcement notices, recommendations or safety actions (if any) No personal data is requested. For clarity, my request relates to the council housing estate located at Leabank View and Lemsford Close, South Tottenham, London N15, as an identifiable group of residential buildings rather than individual dwellings. The estate has already been clearly specified by: • estate name/Haringey Council identifier • the streets on which it is located • postcode area (N15) The information sought concerns building-level fire safety and external wall matters, not individual properties or occupants, and therefore individual postal addresses should not be necessary in order to identify and locate relevant records held by the London Fire Brigade. Fire safety inspections, risk concerns and correspondence are ordinarily recorded by site, building or estate rather than by individual tenancy. However, if helpful purely as a locating aid, I am willing to provide an estate boundary/location plan. Please confirm that the request can proceed on an estate-wide basis as originally submitted.
