I am writing to make a formal request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for records relating to the fire incident at Restaurant Isle of Dogs, Isle of Dogs, London, on 28 November 2025, which affected the residential building 122 East Ferry Road, London E14 9ET. One of the properties impacted by this fire is my home (Apartment 110), and I require the official fire report and associated documents for my ongoing housing disrepair and safety claim. Specifically, I would like to request: The full fire investigation report for the incident on 28 November 2025 (referenced on your website at: https://www.london-fire.gov.uk/incidents/2025/november/fire-at-restaurant-isle-of-dogs/ ). Any operational incident report or log created by London Fire Brigade for attendance at this incident. Any records of communications between London Fire Brigade and local housing authorities regarding safety or evacuation concerns following this incident. Any building safety notices, hazard assessments, or internal memos generated as a result of this fire. If any of the requested information is exempt from disclosure, please provide the relevant exemption references and reasoning under the Act. If parts of the material can be released while other parts are redacted, I request that the releasable information be provided.
