Thank you for directing me to your website for the enforcement notices served on Habitare Group Ltd for breaches of the RRO at Memorial Heights. We understand that the following notices were served, but can only find the notices served for flats 106-135 and Flats 136-160. We have not been able to find the notices served regarding Flats 1-45 or Flats 76-105 and should be grateful if you could forward these to us or tell us where to find them. Thank you Pol Exeter Leaseholder 82 Memorial Heights IG2 7HS We understand that the LFB has served enforcement notices on the above premises on Habitare Group Ltd and/or Newbury Central (East) Management Company Ltd as follows: • Block 76-105 (fire safety defects and management issues) • Block 106-135 (fire safety defects and management issues) • Block 1-45 (management issues only as the action we take will address the physical fire safety defects)
