1. The total number of fire safety prosecutions completed by your Fire and Rescue Service under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 from 1 January 2021 to the date of this response. 2. Where possible, please break this figure down by calendar year (e.g. 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025). If no prosecutions were completed during this period, please confirm this as a nil return. I am seeking numerical data only and am not requesting any personal or case‑specific details. Please provide the information in electronic format. If any part of this request is refused, please specify the exemption relied upon and provide any information that can be disclosed.
