Hydrant Locations and Flow Rates.

Dear Requestor.
Please see the below response to your request regarding the location of fire hydrants in the map you provided and their flow rates.
There are 2 fire hydrants in Billet Road and 1 fire hydrant in Kingston Hill Avenue in Romford, Essex. A map showing their locations is attached to this response.
All three fire hydrants are fully operable, but 69943 requires a location plate to be situated.
All three were last inspected in 2024.
The Brigade does not record flow rates for fire hydrants, as they are too variable, and Brigade technicians do not carry any measuring equipment for flow rates.
