FOI request - Cold Blow Lane

Case reference FOI2026/00017

Request

I'm a resident who was involved in a campaign to get Cold Blow Lane road closed to traffic in between Mercury Way and Sanford Street (under the railway bridges). The road is still open for emergency services. I'd like to find out how often this section of road is actually USED by emergency services, as if it's not well used I'm hoping to campaign for a full closure with bollards to prevent people from ignoring the signage and driving through. Please could you tell me: * Number of callouts of the fire services using Cold Blow Lane tunnels since the closure on 31st July 2024 until the present (or if it is easier for you to give me data per Quarter or for the years 2024 and 2025 separately, that's fine). * Whether that section of road is part of a standard response route
