If No, was there any history of signal jamming / frequency blocking ever used within the London Fire Brigade?

LFB does not operate any signal/ frequency blocking devices.
Prior to 2007, LFB used analogue channel for their radio communications and have no records of any signal jamming or frequency blocking being used.
