Case reference FOI2026/00002

Received 2 January 2026

Published 20 January 2026

Request

I am requesting confirmation and clarification regarding new PFA projects tendered via the London Construction portal under the category of major projects (£1m–£24m), including how these contracts were implemented and issued. This request is made for transparency, record accuracy, and forward business planning purposes. Please can you confirm if one contract (JCT) was issued or one contract for each station that was receiving the privacy for all works. Can you confirm the winner tender(s) amount.

Response

Please see the Brigade’s response, below.

There have been two awards under the Privacy for All programme (PFA) made through the London Construction Programme (LCP), both within this Financial Year, April 2025 – March 2026.

The awards were made, following separate tender events for 5 locations under Batch 1, and 8 locations under Batch 2.

One contract per location has been entered into, with the successful contractor for each Batch.

Contract Award notices are soon to be published, which will contain further information in alignment with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) under which the events were let.

Public authorities are required to withhold detailed, sensitive information prior to the official publication of Award Notices; therefore, the Brigade is unable to provide any additional details at the time of this request.
