a) Any fire safety audits, inspections, or site visits carried out at the building.
b) The dates of such inspections and the statutory basis on which they were conducted.
c) Any findings, observations, or recommendations relating to cladding, external wall systems, façade fire spread, compartmentation or fire stopping.
2) External Wall System and Cladding Information. Please provide:
a) Copies or summaries of any reports, records, or correspondence held by the Fire and Rescue Service that refer to combustible cladding, insulation materials, missing or defective cavity barriers, or other external wall fire safety defects.
b) Any risk assessments or professional opinions recorded by the Service in relation to the external wall system.
3) Enforcement and Regulatory Action. Please confirm:

Our Fire Safety Regulatory department provided me with a copy of the information held on their file for Meridian Heights, 201 Ealing Road, HA0 4PZ.
The only information on the file for Meridian Heights, 201 Ealing Road, HA0 4PZ is an email from Encore Group to LFB (dated November 2025) informing us that a temporary waking watch has been installed until the sprinkler system automatic mode can be reinstated fully.
