Fire/police joint operations

My questions concerns the information London Fire Brigade holds on policing joint operations. I am interested in what data is held and in what form, specifically any records of the authority's knowledge of or participation in enforcement actions, and any communications with the Home Office relating to immigration enforcement. For the avoidance of doubt, this is a question about data architecture and categories of data, rather than a request for the data itself. I am interested in the past five years.
1. Where do you hold data on joint operations? Provide names and brief description of any case management systems or databases, and how records of communications with the police are stored.
2. For each of the case management systems or databases relevant to Q1, please provide the names and a brief description of the different types of data that are stored. E.g. date of the joint operation, location of the joint operation, etc.
3. If the data is held in a spreadsheet or table, what are the headings or categories? Please provide a brief description of what each heading means (unless self-evident: e.g. date).
4. If there is a finite list of inputs under any heading, please provide the full list of the multiple-choice options. (e.g., a list of all the ways that businesses subject to raids are categorised in the case management system).
5. What statistical information is compiled from the data held on policing operations? Please indicate where this information is routinely released and where it is kept for internal use.

Our Operational Resilience department have provided the following information:
1. Where do you hold data on joint operations? Provide names and brief description of any case management systems or databases, and how records of communications with the police are stored.
All deployments are captured on our mobilising system. Incident logs on this system also capture some of key messages between control rooms.
2. For each of the case management systems or databases relevant to Q1, please provide the names and a brief description of the different types of data that are stored. E.g. date of the joint operation, location of the joint operation, etc.
Each incident log contains date, time and fire service assets committed to the incident.
3. If the data is held in a spreadsheet or table, what are the headings or categories? Please provide a brief description of what each heading means (unless self-evident: e.g. date).
