First Floor Rear and Second Floor, 42 Windsor Crescent, Wembley, HA9 9AW, on. I am very concerned about ongoing fire safety risks at the property, particularly as the flat was converted without Building Regulations approval and has been licensed by Brent Council without an inspection. Could you please: Advise whether any enforcement action has been taken or is planned against the landlord.
