I have obtained a 1973 fire helmet of yours that belonged to a man called Charters. Please could you provide me the full name of the man + what stations he was at? I understand this may be a long shot since this helmet is from the 70s and you might not be able to find any files relating to him. However, I would be very grateful for any information you may be able to find.
