This is a freedom of information request made pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act 2000, to the London Fire Brigade, (‘the LFB’). The questions below relate to Livingstone House, a campus building on the University of East London’s estate, formerly known as Northeast London Polytechnic. Having reviewed historic planning applications for the London Borough of Newham, we understand that the full address was: Northeast London Polytechnic, Livingstone House, Livingstone Road, E15 2LJ. To note, we have also written to the University ofEast London. We would be grateful if you would provide the following information for the relevant period: 1. Copies of all Fire Safety Audit reports and Inspection records for Livingstone House, where asbestos was reported. 2. Details of any Enforcement Notices, Prohibition Notices, or Notifications of Fire Safety Deficiencies (NOD) issued to the duty holder(s) of Livingstone House, orany other representatives, by the LFB in relation to asbestos at the premises. 3. Any records or asbestos reporting forms submitted by the duty holder(s) to the LFB to alert crews to the presence of asbestos on-site; 4. All correspondence (emails and letters) between the LFB Fire Safety Regulatory Team and the 'Responsible Person' for Livingstone House regarding asbestos at the premises.
