If no, are you considering deploying body worn cameras? Please explain the reason you are or are not deploying them.

Response

Yes we currently use body worn cameras. We have two sets in operation, a permanent capability on command units and a pilot capability deployed at a fire station, with some senior officers and in Control.

Permanent capability - 8 Reveal Media cameras. These are not covered by any kind of contract, they are wholly owned by the Brigade.

Pilot capability - 18 cameras from Reveal Media. These are not covered by a contract, they are a loan from the manufacturer.
