1. Copies of any written correspondence — including letters, emails, formal notices, or recorded communications — sent by London Fire Brigade to Peabody, or received from Peabody, regarding Waterbury House, 48–50 Thurston Road, London SE13 7SD, between 1 January 2020 and the date of this request.
2. In particular, I am seeking any formal warning, enforcement notice, or written record of concerns raised by London Fire Brigade with Peabody regarding the sprinkler system, fire safety compliance, or flooding at this address — including but not limited to any correspondence following LFB attendances at the building on the following dates, for which I hold the incident numbers from publicly available data: • 23 March 2023 — incident 040709-23032023 • 26 April 2023 — incident 057758-26042023 • 5 October 2023 — incidents 154442-05102023 and 154618-05102023 • 3 July 2024 — incidents 107437-03072024 and 107486-03072024 • 15 February 2025 — incident 026929-15022025 • 5 January 2026 — incident 003049-05012026 If it is possible to share the confirmation of attendance and/or special service report that would be appreciated.
3. Any further information held by LFB regarding attendance at this address would be appreciated. I believe the eastings/northings to be 537950 / 175750 and the USRN to be 22001020, but some incidents may not be classed as such. I am providing these incident numbers in case they assist you in locating the relevant records. I am not limiting my request to correspondence relating only to these dates - any correspondence regarding this address within the period stated would be of interest.
