I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please confirm whether the London Fire Brigade has carried out any fire safety inspections, issued any enforcement, prohibition, or alterations notices, or given any formal advice or recommendations relating to: Address: Station Parade, Whitchurch Lane, Edgware HA8 6RW In particular, please indicate whether any such activity has related to the external metal staircase located to the rear of the building, near (14 Station Parade or 14A Station Parade), which appears to serve as a shared fire escape route. For each record, if applicable, please include: 1) the date of inspection or notice; 2) the type of enforcement or advisory action; and 3) a brief description of the issue identified. If no records are held, please confirm this.
