Today, at around 06.15 am, I saw a fire engine arrive in Richmond Park near Kingston Gate. At about 06.40, I saw firemen extinguishing a fire that was smoldering in a log from a veteran tree near Kingston Gate. Please send me the following information by email to the @whatdotheyknow.com email address from which this request has been sent: 1. Any recorded log or logs, in whatever form, of a. details of the call-out to Richmond Park today, b. the logged reasons for the fire; 2. The number of times The London Fire Brigade has been called out to a suspected fire in Richmond Park in 2025 and 2026 in each year solely for each of a. April b. May c. June d.July; 3. For each of 2a, 2b and 2c above, a. logged reasons for the fire and b. action taken. Given logged reasons for today's fire are covered in 1. above, you do not have to include this information in response to request 3. Please however include today's incident in the information in part 2. Section 11 of the Freedom of Information Act requires public bodies to follow any reasonable request as to a means of communication. By making a request via WhatDoTheyKnow and automatically providing an @whatdotheyknow.com email address for the purposes of a response, I trust it is clear that a response via email is being requested. .
