To whom it may concern, We are looking to undertake a search of relevant information pertaining to any historical fires at the below site as part of a Geoenvironmental desk study we are conducting. Site Address: CREDON HOUSE, LONDON, SOUTHWARK, SE16 3DA Grid Reference: 534906 178095 Please find below the site location plan for the above enquiry. We would be obliged if you could supply the following information: • Details of any fires reported at the address, including the following: o Dates of the fire(s) o Reference numbers associated with the incidents; o Nature and scale of the fire(s); and, o Cause of the fire(s) • Details of the fire fighting fluids or materials used, including: o Whether PFAS containing fire fighting foams were used (please note that this is an important consideration for our desk study); o Whether just water was used; o The volumes used to put out the fires o Details of any reported run-off into drains or the ground etc
