I am writing to request information regarding your organisation’s arrangements for critical incident response. Specifically, I would like to request: 1. Details of any external providers or contractors engaged by your organisation to deliver critical incident management or response services (e.g., major incident support, emergency response, crisis management). 2. Copies of any contracts, agreements, or service level arrangements currently in place with these providers. 3. Information on the scope of services provided, including any response times, escalation procedures, and key deliverables. 4. The total annual expenditure on these services for the last three financial years. 5. Any policies or guidance documents that outline how these providers are selected and managed.

The below clarification, which you provided 19 January 2026, was also considered.

'My sincere apologies for the delay in responding, I am referring to a critical incident that happens to London Fire Brigade and the subsequent critical illness provision for staff.'

We can confirm that the London Fire Brigade does not hold any information relevant to your request.

We will consider any further clarity and context to the information you may provide, for example, when you refer to critical illness, do you mean occupational health or wellbeing?
