Rendezvous Restaurant, located at 18-20 Chiswick High Road, London W4 1TS 2.⁠ ⁠Any feedback or findings related to the restaurant’s fire safety compliance. 3.⁠ ⁠Confirmation of whether a report has been filed with the appropriate fire safety enforcement offices. I am concerned about the clear risk to residents’ lives and would like clarity on whether the restaurant’s fire handling measures comply with statutory fire safety standards. I am requesting all fire safety information and records held by the London Fire Brigade relating to this premises. Specifically, I am seeking: Any inspection reports, notices, or enforcement actions issued in relation to Rendezvous Restaurant at 18–20 Chiswick High Road, London W4 1TS. Any correspondence or internal findings concerning the restaurant’s fire safety compliance. Confirmation of whether the premises have been assessed or reported to the relevant fire safety enforcement authorities. Any available information regarding the cause of the recent fire at the premises. Confirmation of whether the restaurant’s fire alarm system is connected to, or independent from, the residential alarm system serving the flats above.
