I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please provide details of residential high-rise buildings within Greater London that are currently subject to outstanding or unresolved Enforcement Notices, Prohibition Notices, or other formal fire safety enforcement action where required remedial or interim measures have not yet been fully implemented. For each property, please provide: The address of the building. The type of enforcement action issued. The date the notice was served. The name of the legal entity or company to whom the notice was formally issued (the Responsible Person). Where recorded, the managing agent or property management company associated with the building. Confirmation of whether interim measures such as waking watch arrangements have been required or implemented. If any part of this request engages an exemption, please provide the remaining disclosable information and cite the relevant exemption relied upon. I would prefer the information in electronic format.
