Can you please furnish a copy of the Building Fire Safety Deficiency Notice dated August 2021, which was served by the London Fire Brigade on BERKLEY St George plc, the Freeholder of the 220 residential apartments within the four Sheldon Square residential blocks (7,11,21,27). This Sheldon Square Building Fire Safety Deficiency Notice dated August 2021 refers to inherent and structural Building Fire Safety deficiencies which affects the safety of all those who reside within these Sheldon Square 220 residential flats, some of whom are elderly, vulnerable and disabled. This Sheldon Square Building Fire Safety Deficiency Notice dated August 2021 must be examined by the residents of these 220 residential apartments, to fully understand exactly what building fire safety remedial works would be required to be undertaken by the Freeholder, BERKLEY St George plc, to fully meet and satisfy this Building Fire Safety Deficiency Notice dated August 2021. Please can you also furnish any other Building Fire Safety Deficiency Notice which may also have been served on the Freeholder of these 220 Sheldon Square residential apartments, (BERKLEY St George plc) and which concerns building fire safety deficiencies within any of the four Sheldon Square residential apartment blocks (7, 11, 21, 27).
