I am currently undertaking an environmental assessment for a site at CCF, Beddington Farm Road, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 4XB (site plan attached). During the site inspection, the building on the south western side of the site had some fire damage. This was a result of a fire that broke out in c.December 2024, coming from the adjacent site previous called 'Deadcerts Recovery'. Please could you provide any records you may have on this fire, including potential foams used on site?
