Dear Information Access Team, I am a researcher investigating fire safety measures at Donald Hunter House, Post Office Approach, Forest Gate, London E7 0QQ. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following recorded information held by the London Fire Brigade regarding this property. 1. Copies of all documents and communications held by the London Fire Brigade relating to fire safety (regulatory and operational) at Donald Hunter House. More specifically: 2. All documents and communications relating to inspections of Donald Hunter House conducted in 2017, including those carried out following the identification of Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) cladding. 3. All documents and communications relating to the identification of ACM at the building in 2017 and any recommendations made to minimise fire risks to occupiers. 4. All documents and communications relating to the determination that the building was compliant in December 2017. 5. All other documents and communications relating to any fires, fire service attendances, incident reports, or operational responses at Donald Hunter House from 1 January 1998 to the present, including but not limited to documentation relating to the fire reported in the media in 2019 (https://www.theguardian.com/world/2019/oct/13/profits-from-poverty-britains-housing-scandal-providers-make-millions) . 6. All other documents and communications relating to fire safety inspections, advice, compliance assessments, or regulatory actions concerning Donald Hunter House from 1 January 1998 to the present. This request includes any associated attachments, appendices, photographs, diagrams, or technical annexes associated with the above documents, internal communication and external communication (including with Newham Council)
