I am requesting the following information relating to the business Kosher Kingdom located at 7-9 Russell parade, Golders Green Road, NW119Nn * The dates of any fire safety audits, inspections or regulatory visits carried out during the five years preceding the fire on 27 May 2026. * Copies of any Enforcement Notices, Alterations Notices, Prohibition Notices or other formal fire safety notices issued in relation to the premises. * Copies of any records identifying fire safety deficiencies or recommended remedial actions arising from audits or inspections, where disclosure is permitted. * The date of the most recent Fire Risk Assessment reviewed by the London Fire Brigade (I understand the assessment itself may be exempt from disclosure). * Any records relating to the fire investigation that can now be disclosed, including factual findings on the origin and cause of the fire. * If the investigation is still ongoing, confirmation of its current status. * Any records relating to fire safety measures for the mixed commercial and residential building, including compartmentation between the commercial premises and the residential flats, where disclosure is permitted. If any of the requested information is exempt from disclosure, please provide any non-exempt information that can be released and identify the relevant exemption(s) relied upon. This request relates to the mixed-use building that was affected by the fire on 27 May 2026, comprising the commercial premises and the residential flats above.
