Fire that occurred at Som Saa Restaurant, 43a Commercial Street, London, E1 6BD, on Sunday 4 May 2025 at approximately 11:22 hours. Please find attached a letter of vested interest. At present, I do not have the incident number, and I am unsure whether Fire Investigation Officers attended the scene. Following a site visit, I have been instructed to request the following: • Purchase a copy of the Incident Management System report or Summary Report (if available). • Purchase a copy of any post-fire safety inspection carried out by the London Fire Brigade. • Confirm whether any breaches of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 were identified in relation to the premises, and if so, provide a copy of any Notice of Deficiencies or enforcement documentation issued. Please let me know the appropriate process for payment and any forms that need to be completed. Your assistance with this matter is greatly appreciated.
