I write on behalf of my client in relation to the premises known as Metro Central Heights, 119 Newington Causeway, London SE1 6BA (“the Premises”). On 10 December 2018, London Fire Brigade issued a notice of fire safety deficiencies. Unfortunately, we appear to hold only the covering letter and not the notice that accompanied it. I would be grateful if someone could assist with the following: 1. Please provide a copy of the notice that was enclosed with the letter dated 10 December 2018. 2. Please provide copies of all notices issued in relation to the Premises. 3. Please provide copies of all correspondence between the London Fire Brigade and Metro Central Heights RTM Company and/or Proxima.
