I have been asking redbridge council to supply me with a valid FRA report on the building as I am not allowed to movein my tenant without it. for over 1 week, redbridge council keep ignoring my requests and the only time I managed to get hold of someone within the council, the forwarded me an out of date FRA certificate of 2017. As you can imagine, this is highly unacceptable considering the council own the building and especially after Grenfell's atrocities. Are you able to please inform me if Lambourne court has a valid FRA and if so, could I please have a copy of this.
