Dear London Fire Brigade FOI Team, Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am writing to request information regarding fire safety interventions at the following buildings in the Grange Farm Development, Harrow: Harrison Court, HA2 0WR Tamarind Court, HA2 0WT Russet Court, HA2 0WS This request is urgent because the AOV (Automatic Opening Ventilation) system in Harrison Court (HA2 0WR) is failing. Residents have observed that the roof louvres remain open during rainfall, causing repeated water ingress, damage to the building, and raising significant concerns regarding fire safety. Specifically, I request the following information covering the period September 2023 – September 2025: 1.The number of times the London Fire Brigade has been notified of, or has attended, these addresses in relation to AOV or other fire safety systems. 2.Any records of faults, failures, or remedial works reported or inspected by the Brigade relating to AOV/fire safety systems. 3.Which companies, contractors, or building management parties were involved in reporting or addressing these issues. 4.Any reports, inspection outcomes, or communications related to these notifications or interventions. Please provide the information in electronic format if possible.
