We request the disclosure of all information relating to the fire safety inspections, audits, and subsequent enforcement actions taken by the London Fire Brigade concerning the entire premises of 519 Finchley Road, London NW3 7BB, from 01 January 2025 to the date of this request. To be clear, this request pertains to all parts of the building, including the commercial units 519, 519A ('Atlanta Supermarket' and 'The Dry Cleaning Co.'), the residential flat (xxx), and all common parts. The 'Responsible Person' is understood to be Regaland Limited and its associated entities. We specifically request the disclosure of the following: 1. A full and unredacted copy of any Enforcement Notice(s), Prohibition Notice(s), Alterations Notice(s), or Notification(s) of Deficiencies served on the 'Responsible Person' as a result of the audits conducted in or around November and December 2025. 2. The full and unredacted Fire Safety Audit Report(s) and all associated inspection notes from the comprehensive, senior-led audit conducted on or around 9th December 2025. 3. All correspondence, emails, and minutes of meetings between the LFB and the 'Responsible Person' (including Regaland Limited, Fareview Management, Oslo Group, and their directors or legal representatives) concerning the identified deficiencies and the timeline for their remediation. 4. A copy of any reports or findings from the requested intrusive survey of the supermarket ceiling void, if they have been submitted to the LFB by the 'Responsible Person'. 5. Any and all documentation relating to the formal 'complaint' (Ref: C/18013), including the final investigation findings and the formal response prepared by Team Leader xxxxx, as referenced in prior correspondence. 6. Finally, in the spirit of full transparency, we request any other information held by the London Fire Brigade that, while not explicitly covered by the points above, is materially relevant to the assessment of fire risk, the conduct of the 'Responsible Person', or the enforcement actions taken at this specific property. We request this information be provided in a digital format (e.g., PDF) to the email address of the requester.
