Please provide, for Edgewood mews / Finchley Mews, London N3 (or Land West of Beechwood Avenue, London N3 3BA - now known as - Edgewood Mews) Citing block/phase including 57 Edgewood Mews (formerly Plot 18C)), dated approximately 2018–2023: 1. Any LFB consultation responses to Barnet Council (planning) and/or to the Approved Inspector/Building Control regarding this development/block (including comments on sprinkler requirements or alternative measures). 2. Any LFB records on appliance access and water supplies/hydrants for the site (assessments, plans, or correspondence). 3. Any LFB site audits/visits/7(2)(d) operational risk information for the development/block. 4. Any LFB incident or mobilization logs relating to the site (redacted summaries acceptable). Electronic copies are fine. If relying on an exemption/exception, please cite it and provide document title/date metadata.
