The property concerned is a business Black Antelope Law 238 Grays Inn Rd, London WC1X 8HB. I had previously logged concerns and I was someone would do a fire safety audit and contact would be made with me thereafter. Whether the London Fire Brigade carried out an inspection or investigation at the reported premises. The date(s) and nature of any such inspection(s). The outcome of the inspection, including whether any breaches of fire safety legislation were found. Any enforcement notices issued (e.g. prohibition, enforcement, or improvement notices). Any follow-up actions taken or required of the premises. The date my report was received and logged. How the report was classified or prioritised within your system. Any internal notes, memos, or assessments made in relation to the report. Whether the report was referred to or shared with any other authority (e.g. Health and Safety Executive or local authority).
