We are structural engineers commissioned to conduct works at Whitbread Estate, Whitecross Street, EC1Y 8NX including the properties of Farrier, Cooper and Shire House. We are in the process of ascertaining exactly what building archive information is available in the public domain to best inform our design process. We are particularly interested in: 1. Structural engineering General Arrangement plans and sections, showing beam and column sizes (for steel frames), slab specs, slab span directions etc. 2. Structural engineering drawings showing penetration locations, preferably with setting out 3. Structural engineering details 4. Connection load drawings (if available) 5. Steelwork fabrication drawings 6. Foundation layouts Could you please confirm: • Whether you hold any records for the site, • The specific records available, and • The process and cost of obtaining copies of these records.
