Re: Freedom of Information Act 2000 Request – Vehicle Maintenance Records (xxxxxxx) I am writing to make a formal request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please provide copies of all maintenance, servicing, and safety inspection records held by the London Fire Brigade for the following specific vehicle in your non-operational support fleet: Vehicle Make and Model: Mitsubishi Outlander Juro PHEV Registration Number: xxxxxx ( see request) Information Requested: Complete service history, routine maintenance logs, safety inspection certificates, defect reports, and details of any mechanical repairs. Timeframe: All records held from the vehicle's date of first registration/acquisition by the Brigade to the present date. If any part of this request is unclear, or if you require further details to locate the data, please contact me as soon as possible so I can clarify or refine it. I am looking to purchase this vehicle, therefore keen to establish it’s service history. As required by the Act, I look forward to receiving your response within 20 working days.
